QA Engineer [ Manual and Automation Experience ]

About the Role

We are looking for Quality Analyst Engineer who will be able to translate ‘Quality’ to various people in the team such as developers whilst performing manual and automation testing and keeping problem-solving at the forefront. Ideally, you will have experience within the commercial industry or just a genuine passion for all things creative!

Prerequisites of the role:

• Strong manual and automation testing experience.
• Be able to test the Web and mobile applications.
• Good at problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Come from a creative industry ideally.
• Passion for the product.

We would like to speak with you if you have:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Test Analyst for manual and automation.
• Writing and running automated regression suits.
• Must have hands-on knowledge in any of the frameworks such as Selenium / Cypress / etc…
• Experience in Risk-based testing, API testing, regression testing, Performance testing, Integration testing, and Acceptance testing.
• Well explained defect reporting.
• Attend stand-up progress meetings and backlog/requirements refinement meetings daily.
• Written and spoken English fluency.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of BDD, TDD in automation area, well aware of continuous integration (CI) and continuation development (CD) process.
• Any experience in Jenkins, JIRA , Gherkin, Maven.
